Jeremy’s interest in food began with progressive organizing in college. After a crisis about the liberal arts curriculum he found the co-op, which combines his related interests of food politics, local living and eating well.

Reina's grown up in the City of Syracuse and is incredibly fond of her home! Shuffling around all ends of the city, she found her community in the Westcott neighborhood as a youth at Nottingham High School. Her love for Upstate New York and the impact of local systems deepened while she attended college at William Smith in Geneva, NY. In the Finger Lakes, she got her first tastes from local agriculture and worked for restaurants that prided themselves in local sourcing. Reina has been employed at the Syracuse Real Food Cooperative since she returned to Syracuse in December 2011. She loves working with her community, and especially her best friend, Leah! In her spare time, Reina is active with the Westcott Neighborhood Association and Nottingham's F.A.C.E.S., as an alumnus. She is also a gardener, an artist and engaged in local politics, especially concerning public education.

He has held leadership positions in local community member based organizations which will help in his understanding the needs and desires of the SRFC membership. Don looks forward to interacting with staff and members to promote the Co-op’s culture.
Gabriel comes to the Co-op via Springfield, Missouri; Portland, Oregon; Buffalo, NY and now Syracuse, NY, picking up some great grocery experience along the way. Gabriel is definitely a national product but has been locally engaged in graduate studies at SUNY ESF. He has enjoyed working with the Co-op Staff over the last two years and has been the Grocery Lead since January of 2015. He has been working hard to reset the grocery shelves in the Co-op on a systematic basis and is looking forward to improving the mix of products available to meet the ever changing needs of Co-op shoppers while maintaining the base product mix that makes the Co-op so special to members and shoppers.
